Our Story
The Horsebox Ice Cream Company is based in Market Harborough. We set the business up to provide a superior, high quality, quirky and unique way of serving ice cream at weddings, parties and corporate events. The Horseboxes are tastefully decorated to look fabulous at any event. With a career in hospitality we individually tailor each package to suit your event.
All our ice cream is from the amazing Jude's originally produced from their farm in Hampshire boasting over 70 great taste awards.
In addition we also offer a great range of Gluten Free and Dairy Free ice cream options as well as some wonderful sorbets.
We are pleased to regularly support some high profile corporate clients such as Barbour, Disney, Microsoft, Coca Cola, Amazon, DHL, Coors, Netflix, Warner Bros, Aston Martin, Dr Martens and Loaf alongside some exclusive wedding venues and private estates as well as also the having the privilege of catering at an event for the Royal Family!

We source ice cream that is of the highest quality and the most indulgent that we can find.
Judes is luxury ice cream which stands out for its high-quality ingredients and unmistakable premium taste. They are certified B Corp so while creating super indulgent and healthier products they tread lightly on our planet!. They have also won over 70 great taste awards.
Our Horseboxes
When we embarked on this venture we had the vision to create a unique and quirky experience for people attending the events we attend.
We decorate the Horseboxes to fit the event and it really does look amazing. We don't just serve ice cream we make your wedding/event more memorable and enjoyable for guests. Our vintage horseboxes are the perfect feature for any celebration.
DAIRY FREE
With more and more people choosing a Vegan diet and the list of allergen growing we take this area of our business very seriously. At each even we ensure that anyone that requires Dairy Free ice cream has lots of choice such as Coconut, Salted Caramel, Strawberry, Rhubarb & Elderflower, Vanilla, Chocolate, Mint Chocolate, & Honeycomb.
Belgian Waffles
2026 sees the launch of a new business within our family. Same great service, same great quality products, but just something new. We are working alongside a business called 'Waffles & Scoop' that also offer Judes ice cream on top of a freshly baked Belgian Waffle.
You can book one of their horseboxes or they have a lovely little cart that can come indoors on a rainy day or if you don't have the space outdoors for a horsebox.

Package details
We ask you to choose upto nine flavours; we suggest six flavours and three vegan/sorbets to ensure everyone is catered for and has a good choice. Judes vegan flavours are amazing, and they rival the traditional dairy flavours.
We use delicious waffle cones that are a perfect complement to the ice cream. We also offer Gluten free cones and tubs.
Our ice cream topping sauces such as White Chocolate, Salted Caramel, Cherry, Raspberry and Dark Chocolate and decadent individual toppings such as Oreos, Smarties, Sprinkles, Biscoff, Marshmallows turn your ice cream into an amazing dessert.
